Fantastic people, great character hotel but inefficient air conds
I loved my recent stay at Pattara Resort & Spa! The staff were absolutely fantastic - so friendly and accommodating. The hotel had such great character, with tastefully decorated rooms and a beautiful environment. The only downside was the inefficient air conditioning in the gym and slightly noisy air conditioning in the room. However, considering the overall experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Very quiet and yet central. Very big room. Great place to relax.
The booked massage was rather a 2-hour caress

Altogether a fantastic complex, rooms and bathrooms are huge and very comfortable, also the pool with the sunbeds is beautiful, as well as the large garden
In the restaurant the service can be greatly improved, both for breakfast and dinner

Super location, central but quiet thanks to the beautiful lake and the garden. For me one of the best addresses in Phitsanulok.

Very nice "natural" property with a wonderful atmosphere. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Location away from the center was not so great. A taxi is always needed to get to the destination.

This hidden gem exceeded all expectations! the rooms were spacious, airy, and modern, with great attention to detail. the pool area was breathtaking and perfect for relaxing. One of the highlights was the restaurant, serving mouth-watering dishes, showcasing fresh ingredients, and delicious cocktails. the breakfast spread was also excellent with plenty of options, and the coffee was on point. the location was very convenient, just a short walk from the town center, providing endless exploration possibilities.
The gym wasn't quite up to par as some of the machines were out of order, and the A/C was not working. the Wi-Fi was also a bit spotty, making it hard to stay connected.

Excellent accomodation and surroundings. Quiet, pleasant.
The hotel was 4 star, but the restaurant was poor. A bacon/cheese salad with no bacon, just cheap ham and cheese slices. No taste. Food served out of order and late so my wife was still waiting for her food when I had finished. Breakfast sausages undercooked. Fish was a frozen fish piece from a supermarket. This was not even a 3 star restaurant, very poor and the prices were no cheap. The hotel really needs to make big improvements in the restaurant, including getting the staff to know the menu in English- asked 'is this a pork chop?, yes-' when it was fish!!! Stay there but go out to eat in the evening! Wifi complicated and slow

The breakfast was nice and there were good amenities. They also provided shuttle service to local attractions, which was convenient.
The location was not ideal as it was far from the city center, and the air conditioning in the rooms was not very effective.
